It Takes Two Nintendo Switch
It Takes Two Coming To Nintendo Switch

It Takes Two was an absolutely phenomenal game released last year by Hazellight Studios. The game was so good, in fact, that it took home the Game Of The Year award! It was a fun, thought provoking little co-op game and more people deserve to play it. Now they will, since It Takes Two is coming to the Nintendo Switch! It was revealed during September 2022's Nintendo Direct alongside an announcement trailer, which you can find below.

This isn't exactly surprising for those who have been paying attention. All throughout last week there were rumors of this port, so when a Nintendo Direct was announced it made sense that we would see it announced here. That doesn't make it bad news though, as I said above, by all accounts it's a fantastic game.

The game was surprisingly deep, too. It sees a kid turn her parents into two dolls and then she plays with the dolls in an attempt to fix her parents' relationship. It sounds weirder than it actually is and is, in reality, very sweet. It really puts a lot of stuff into perspective for the parents as you play through the game.

The only downside to this Switch version of It Takes Two is that it may not run as smoothly as its big boy console counterparts. That shouldn't be a big deal. It's the kind of game where the art style will speak for itself. Though, I'm basing that on videos as I've never actually played the game for myself.

Just like many of the other games announced during the Nintendo Direct it's releasing relatively soon! It Takes Two joins the Switch lineup on November 4, 2022.

In case you missed it we also saw news, finally, on the new Zelda game coming out, Octopath Traveler 2 was revealed and a new Fire Emblem game is coming! And so much more!

It Takes Two heads to Nintendo Switch on November 4, 2022.
