Red Hood Gotham Knights
Gotham Knights Reveals Collector's Compendium Book

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Gotham Knights is my most anticipated game this year. I can't wait to explore Gotham and kick some ass as Batgirl. I truly think the game is going to be good, and I can't wait to use all of those awesome skins IGN revealed the other day. There's even more reason to be excited for Gotham Knights, though. It's getting a prequel comic, which we learned about at SDCC. But the DC Comics Twitter revealed on Saturday the game is also getting an official collector's compendium! The book looks beautiful, and it's available for pre-order on the DC Shop!

Before you get too excited, be warned that if you're in Canada you won't be able to access the shop. Here's the post anyway though, which gives a look at the book's cover and a few of its contents.

"Check out this FIRST LOOK inside “Gotham Knights: The Official Collector’s Compendium” – the official guide to the @GothamKnights video game! Pre-order your copy today from @insighteditions for behind-the-scenes content, stunning art, and more! https://bit.ly/3vFHwKQ"

The only page revealed is a page on Red Hood, AKA Jason Todd, but it's beautiful. It seems exactly like the kind of book a mega fan would love. The cover of the book promises that it contains the lore, art and strategy of Gotham Knights. Based on that description it also sounds like the book might act as a strategy guide to the game. This might be a book I have to grab for myself and check out. As a DC mega fan, I don't think I can pass on it!

Gotham Knights has entered its big marketing push it seems. On Friday we saw a cinematic for the game released on social media. We've seen character specific trailers for Nightwing, Robin and Batgirl. Some story trailers were released a while ago. IGN revealed the first sixteen minutes of gameplay alongside a ton of the costumes featured in the game, many of which are incredibly cool. All-in-all now's the time to be excited for Gotham Knights, especially since we're only a couple of months away from the game!

Gotham Knights is releasing across various platforms on October 25.
