Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge is an absolute throwback to 90's gaming! It's almost like a sequel to Turtles In Time, one of the best TMNT games of all time. If you're a fan of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, 90's gaming, or just great video games you'll want to keep an eye on this one! We've known for a while that the game is coming out soon, but turns out it's sooner than we thought! Announced at Summer Game Fest 2022, we learned the game is coming out next week! That's right, the game will release on Thursday and feature a 6-player co-op mode. That's a whole lot of turtles in a half shell! Turtle power!

There's some even better news out there, Turtle fans! Well, it's good news if you're an Xbox fan that is subscribed to Game Pass. Yep, that's right! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge will be available on Game Pass. Just another example of Game Pass being awesome, so if you own Game Pass don't bother pre-ordering the game! Unless you really want to support it of course, in that case, by all means, go wild!

While speaking with The Gamer earlier in the year, here's what one of the team members, Frederic Gemus, said “So when you're playing the arcade mode, this is kind of like the classic arcade experience. So you start with the character and a set amount of credits and you go through the whole game and get extra credits by defeating enemies. Meanwhile, in the story mode the game is more focused on exploration and completing each level one after the others and unlocking stuff on the world map. And each of your characters has a power level, so it’s a bit like an RPG with some soft levelling up. So basically you get extra health points, extra ninja power bar points, and you have access to different special moves.”

Gemus then goes on to say that there will be some sidequests to take part in in the game as well. He claims that the sidequests will make long-term fans of the show very, very happy. I have no idea what that means, but you have my interest Mr. Gemus.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge is coming out on June 16, 2022, for Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC!
