Harley Quinn (Kaley Cuoco) and Poison Ivy (Lake Bell)
Harley Quinn Season 3 Will Have More Amazing Guest Stars

Harley Quinn season 3 is still expected to hit HBO Max sometime this year, but we haven't gotten much news lately. Last we heard the series was expected to debut sometime this summer, but an official date has yet to be set. Kaley Cuoco did talk to TV Insider recently, though, where she revealed some pretty exciting news for the third season of the hilarious series. According to Kaley Cuoco, via TV Insider, we can expect season 3 of Harley Quinn to have more awesome guest stars! That's pretty exciting, for those who already enjoyed what the first two seasons had to offer.

It's no secret that the voice cast of Harley Quinn is excellent. After all, Cuoco herself voices Harley Quinn and we've got Lake Bell voicing Ivy. Rahul Kohli is Scarecrow and we've got Alfred Molina, who recently starred in Spider-Man: No Way Home, voicing Mr. Freeze. We've seen James Gunn and Jameela Jamil voice on the show as well, James Gunn cameoing as himself! A rather apt choice considering he directed The Suicide Squad, which highly featured Harley Quinn as a character. My point is that each character is expertly voices, and the writing never fails to elicit a chuckle. Clever and funny from beginning to end, and Harley Quinn season 3 is one of the most anticipated DC shows coming up.

If that was the voice cast we've already seen what kind of crazy guest stars are we going to see when the show returns to HBO Max? We'll be looking forward to finding out. Cuoco says “so much good stuff!”is coming to the series and that the upcoming guest stars are "brilliant". She promises the show gets even crazier and we can expect it to be “great, it’s ridiculous, it gets more and more insane,” and when asked about Harley and Ivy? Well, fans don't have to worry. “They are living life, loving each other, fighting… Their relationship is the main focal point of this season, and it’s hilarious and actually really, really sweet.”

We already knew Harley and Ivy's relationship wasn't at risk, it was one of the first pieces of confirmed news to come out in regards to Harley Quinn season 3. One of the shworunners, Justin Halpern, is the one who confirmed this shortly after season 2 finished airing, though season 3 hadn't been fully confirmed yet.

"When we were talking about where a third season could go, the first thing we both said is, 'We don't want to do a third season where it feels like the stakes are [whether] Harley and Ivy stay together. It's much more interesting to do a show about how you navigate these very different personalities being in a relationship. And what are the fun things that can come out of that? What are the outside influences that can make that relationship tough but without the stakes being, 'Are they going to break up? Are they not?' So yeah, if there's a third season, which I hope there will be, the stakes will not be, 'Are Harley and Ivy going to stay together?' They're a couple."

Harley Quinn season 3 is expected to return this summer on HBO Max.
