The most recent Gotham Knights trailers focus on a specific playable hero, and it looks like it might be Batgirl's turn. The official Gotham Knights Twitter account teased on Wednesday that Batgirl will be patrolling San-Diego Comic Con! If that doesn't hit at a Batgirl trailer then I don't know what would.

Here's the tweet, for those who might not believe me.

The first character trailer we got focused on Nightwing and his acrobatics. A lot of the marketing feels skewed towards Nightwing, which is too bad. I love bird boy as much as the rest of the DC fans but I'd much rather my girl Barbara Gordon get some more love. Still, Nightwing looked fun and he looks really agile in terms of playstyle.

Next we got a closer look at the Robin of the Gotham Knights universe. He looks pretty awesome too, and though less agile than Nightwing no less formidable. He seems to have more gadgets than the rest of the Gotham Knights, which could make for a fun playstyle. He also has the ability to teleport around which means you just know it's going to be a good time.

We haven't seen the Batgirl trailer yet but we assume it's coming. I'm really excited for Batgirl, since Barbara Gordon is the character I plan on playing Gotham Knights through. The SDCC trailer can't come soon enough, and I know I'm not the only on anticipating this.

At this point Gotham Knights is only a few months out, and not all the coverage on it has been stellar. A lot of people have brought up some serious concerns in terms of the combat. A lot of people thinks it looks slow or boring. I'm, personally, waiting until I get my hands on the game to see how it plays. I have no doubt Rocksteady can do a good job.

Despite appearances this isn't set in the Arkham universe of games. Though, I've heard conflicting reports on that. All questions will be answered this October.

Gotham Knights releases on Playstation 5, Xbox Series X and PC on October 25.
