Do you guys remember when DC Comics did a crossover with Epic Games' Fortnite a while back? They released five comic book issues about Batman in the Fortnite world and for each issue purchased you also got some kind of item in Fortnite. Well, Marvel is doing the same thing and the two companies teaming up have released more details on what we can expect from the big crossover. Namely, they've released what items we can get from purchasing the comic books. We knew most of the information before but the big piece of news revealed was exactly what skins are included in these comic book issues. We don't know what they look like but at least we know the characters! This should make it easy to decide whether or not you're picking up the Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War comics.

The skin is for Spider-Man, the weapon wrap is Iron Man themed and the pickaxe is Wolverine-themed. There is also a spray and loading screen to collect but Marvel didn't give any extra details on those. Guess those will have to remain a surprise for now. If you're planning on collecting these items make sure that you pick up the comics ASAP. You can only get the items if you pick up the first print of each issue. That means if a store sells out and you're left with a second print there's no item for you hiding inside. There is an extra bonus if you get all five comics and items though! Provided you nab all five issues and redeem the items you'll get a sixth secret character skin, which at this point could be anybody!

So, these items also aren't as exclusive as you might think. Some of them, such as the Spider-Man skin will only be tied to the comics for a limited time. The wording makes it all too obvious that we can expect them to hit the Fortnite shop sooner or later. That means if you really don't care about the comic books at least you can still get some of the rewards.
