Summer is shaping up to be a pretty incredible season for anime! Just this week we've seen a new trailer for The Devil Is A Part Timer season 2! Now, we also have some information on the upcoming second season of Rent-A-Girlfriend! Rent-A-Girlfriend was one of the surprise hits of 2020. Since then fans have been looking forward to a second season, and it was announced pretty early on. We've waited a while but the release is just around the corner! Along with this new trailer, the opening theme song for Rent-A-Girlfriend season 2 was revealed as well. I don't know about you guys, but nothing gets me hyped than the opening song of a new anime! That is, assuming I actually enjoy it.

The anime is based on Reiji Miyajima's manga of the same name, which currently has 26 volumes and is still ongoing. We've seen a few teases prior to this, including art of all the "girlfriends". This is the biggest tease by far, however, and really hammers home how close we are to the release of Rent-A-Girlfriend season 2. The trailer will be posted just below, here. In the trailer, you can hear "Himitsu Koi-Gokoro," by CHICO that will serve as the opening theme to Rent-A-Girlfriend season 2! The ending theme meanwhile is "Ienai feat. asmi" by MIMiNARI. Unlike The Devil Is A Part Timer, Crunchyroll has confirmed Rent-A-Girlfriend will air its second season on the streaming service. It all starts on July 1, 2022!
