My Hero Academia is in the most intense arc it's ever been in, and we just had a long-awaited reunion. My Hero Academia chapter 347 brought Deku face to face with the girl who has the ultimate crush on him! This isn't too unexpected, considering we saw Himiko Toga essentially kidnap him only a few chapters ago! The real question on everyone's mind was what exactly did she want from him? Well, My Hero Academia chapter 347 reveals why Toga dragged Deku all the way to the beach. This had the unintended effect of ruining the heroes' plan to defeat Tomura Shigaraki, but if it's all in the name of love... who cares!? Well, Deku probably... still, this is something that's been coming for a long time.

So, what was so important that Himiko Toga had to drag Deku all the way to the beach for? Turns out she wanted to ask him a question, though not before taking a slash at him! The reason Himiko Toga kidnapped Deku was to ask him to be her boyfriend! This likely wouldn't end well for Deku, though, considering what happens to most of the people Toga loves. The series has done a deep dive into the villains' psyche before, and the way her love isn't exactly... normal. If she can't even handle that imagine what's going to happen when Deku rejects her. The blood is really going to be flying, then!

There was another big reveal in this chapter, though! For a couple of chapters now people have been wondering why Deku's danger sense never activated. Deku's danger sense is kind of similar to Spider-Man's spider-sense. When Toga kidnapped him it didn't go off though! Well, My Hero Academia reveals the reason Deku's danger sense didn't go off! Turns out that the reason Deku's danger sense never went off is because of how much Himiko Toga loves him! She hurts people out of love, so danger sense doesn't recognize it as an actual threat. Kind of terrifying, if you ask me!

Now, Deku needs to find a way to turn her down and get back to U.A.! He has to do it on his own too, since warping him isn't an option. I have no doubt we'll see Deku and Shigaraki go head to head, but for now, we need to worry about how Deku is going to get away from Toga! Or, maybe he'll be showing up to the big fight with a brand new girlfriend! You never know!
