Ms. Marvel is the most fun I've had with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in years! The show just has this energy behind it that makes it a ton of fun to watch. It helps, too, that the lead star, Iman Vellani, is as passionate about the series, and her character, as we are. She was already a huge Ms. Marvel fan when she was cast in the role of Kamala Khan. She's been fangirling with the creator of the character and sharing what she loves most about Kamala. During the press tour she's been doing for the show, she shared all kinds of awesome information!

One of the most recent interviews she did was with Entertainment Weekly, where she answered a bunch of different questions about the series. It's been a lot of fun combing through all the interviews she's given and all the different answers she's given, too. We have a lot to look forward to between the rest of the season and her upcoming appearance in The Marvels alongside Brie Larson. From Disney+ to the big screen, we'll be with Kamala Khan the entire way through!

During that interview with Entertainment Weekly, Iman Vellani spoke about what surprised her the most while making the show.

"I ended up becoming really in touch with my culture. I've listened to Bollywood music willingly now. That's a huge character development for me, I must say. [Laughs] I would scream when my parents played it in the car, and now, I have the songs saved on my phone. It's so wonderful: I got to go on this journey with Kamala of reconnecting with my roots and finding the value in how important it is to be in touch with that side of yourself. Otherwise, it's just going to get lost, and you're never going to find out who you are. You're going to become a watered-down version of someone else. Seeing Kamala come to terms with all the 50,000 things that make her her really inspired me."
